Bill Delivers Playground School Funding

Four years ago, many of our Elementary schools lost all or part of their school playgrounds due to old age and liability concerns. Many of these playgrounds were 20 years old and not one single playground was built or upgraded in the decade of the 90's.
 
Parents, students and staff came together and Parent Advisory Committees (PAC's) began fundraising campaigns. Working together with many different school PAC's, Bill was able to secure funding to ensure that much needed new playgrounds were delivered to our Valley Schools.

In the past two years, nearly $200,000 in funding has helped create nine wonderful new playgrounds for the benefit of our children. These are the first playgrounds in decades and show how great things can be accomplished when people work together.

Bill would like to recognize all of the hard working PAC's, staff, students and parents for their efforts in helping create these new playgrounds.
